Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant and cited him for drug violations on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just after 12:00 p.m. an officer contacted the 33-year old in the 1300 block of Southeast Walnut Street, knowing there was a valid warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed and the suspect was taken into custody. During a consent search of his person, the officer allegedly located a small amount of methamphetamine and fentanyl.

He was charged for the warrant and with a failure to appear criminal citation and was detained without bail.
