Monday is Juneteenth and that means there are some closures.

Federal and state offices will not be open. No regular mail will be delivered. Most banks and credit unions will be closed. In the Umpqua Valley, county and city offices are open.

The holiday commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans in Texas in 1865. It was officially made a federal holiday in 2021.
