A 13-year old student was cited Thursday for harassment following an alleged incident t Fremont Middle School in the 800 block of West Keady Court.

A Roseburg Police report said at 12:05 p.m. the female allegedly slapped another student. No injuries occurred. A parent was notified when the citation was issued.
