Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged theft incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 11:15 p.m. the 27-year old was stopped by officers in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after he allegedly stole over $300 worth of merchandise from Walmart. The items were returned to the store and the suspect was cited for second-degree theft before being released.
