Roseburg Police jailed a man after an alleged harassment and disorderly conduct incidents on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just after 5:30 p.m. the 31-year old was allegedly pushing a victim at Safeway in the 1500 block of Northeast Stephens Street. Police responded to the business and located the suspect nearby. He was charged with harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $5,000.
