Roseburg saw a taste of summer on Tuesday, but didn’t get to a record high temperature for the date.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service in Medford said the mercury reached 93 degrees at the Roseburg Regional Airport. The record high for June 6th was 99 degrees, set in 1935.

High temperatures should stay in the 80s for the foreseeable future in the Umpqua Valley. There is little chance for rain in the forecast for the next two weeks.
