A Roseburg woman was cited by Roseburg Police for alleged thefts early Thursday.

An RPD report said just before 2:00 a.m. the 46-year old was contacted in the 2500 block of Northwest Rennan Avenue. The woman allegedly took a tent, two sleeping bags and a propane heater from a couple’s camp in Charles Gardiner Park because she thought some else was going to steal them.

The woman ultimately returned with the sleeping bags and the tent, but the heater was destroyed. She was cited for third-degree theft and then was released
