Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged disorderly conduct incidents on Wednesday afternoon.

An RPD report said just after 3:45 p.m. officers responded to the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard regarding a man who was said to be getting into traffic and trying to get into vehicles while they were stopped.

The 43-year old was allegedly stopping traffic as well. Three people called in and reported the same circumstances. Officers arrived on scene and found the man acting erratically near the intersection.

The man was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500.
