A missing man from Milwaukie, Oregon was located in Douglas County late Thursday afternoon.

Lieutenant Brad O’Dell of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said 71-year old Robert Stern had last been heard from late Tuesday morning. The man had said he planned to go turkey hunting in the Umpqua Unit in Douglas County. An image of his vehicle was taken Tuesday afternoon in Myrtle Creek. Stern’s cell phone had been powered off or was out of service range.

No information as to where Stern was found has been released by DCSO.
