A Roseburg woman was cited for prohibited burning by Roseburg Police early Wednesday.

An RPD report said just before 3:30 a.m. the 66-year old was contacted underneath the bridge near the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard regarding an open flame fire. Officers have previously contacted her and warned her about open fires and have informed her of alternatives, according to the report.

She was released after the citation was issued.
