MAN JAILED FOR ALLEGED TRESPASS AND THEFT INCIDENTS

Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged trespass and theft incidents on Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 2:20 p.m. 32-year old Timothy Brady was allegedly found sleeping in a vacant motel room in the 300 block of West Harvard Avenue. Brady initially left but later returned and reportedly stole an orange and a cup of coffee from the lobby. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft.

Brady had allegedly stolen a tent from a business in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway on Monday. The tent was recovered and as Brady was in custody, a second-degree theft charge was added.

Bail was set at $8,750.
