A Glide man was jailed for an alleged prior disturbance on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said on May 12th, 49-year old Michael Dowell allegedly contacted a victim at her residence in the 2000 block of Northeast Stephens Street. An altercation reportedly occurred where Dowell allegedly pushed a second victim, hit a juvenile victim in the nose, threatened the first victim, and unlawfully entered the home.

The report said witnesses saw Dowell drive to and from the disturbance while his license was suspended at the felony level. Dowell was charged with menacing, two counts of harassment, first-degree criminal trespass, driving while suspended and for a parole violation. He was held without bail.
