Sutherlin Police jailed a pair following an alleged disturbance on Sunday.

An SPD report said just after 4:00 p.m. a nearby resident said there was a disturbance in the 200 block of Easy Street. Following an investigation, officers arrested a 59-year old man and a 42-year old woman. Both were charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. The man was also held for contempt of court and for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Information from SPD said the pair have been cited numerous times for fighting.
