A Roseburg man was hospitalized following a two-vehicle wreck Thursday afternoon.

The Roseburg Police report said just after 1:10 p.m. a vehicle was traveling west on Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard while a second vehicle was going east. The first vehicle turned onto Northeast Dee Street and failed to yield to the second vehicle, resulting into the collision.

The second driver was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center. The driver who caused the accident was cited for making an unsafe left turn.
