A man was jailed by Roseburg Police after being found in a dumpster on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 10:50 a.m. the 60-year old was contacted in the 1000 block of Northwest Highland Street. When the suspect was contacted it was determined that he had a warrant for his arrest.

Michael Collier was charged with second-degree counts of theft and trespass, and for the warrant. Bail was set at $13,750.
