Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged menacing incident Thursday night.

An RPD report said just before 8:00 p.m. witnesses corroborated that a disturbance outside an apartment building in the 600 block of Southeast Mosher Avenue consisted of a 29-year old man refusing to leave a residence while screaming that he was going to kill the victim.

The suspect was charged with menacing. Bail was set at $6,250.
