Roseburg Police jailed two people following an alleged assault incident early Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 1:10 a.m. officers responded to a home in the 2500 block of West Bradford Avenue regarding a disturbance. Officers discovered that two adults were arguing about a lost phone. During the incident the 37-year old female allegedly got on top of a juvenile and pulled on the juvenile’s arms to take their phone. The 38-year old man allegedly grabbed the woman and drug her through the house. The woman also punched and kicked the man during the incident.

The man was charged with fourth-degree felony assault. He was detained without bail. The woman was held on two counts of harassment. She was detained on $5,000 bail.
