A Frost Advisory is in effect for central Douglas County and Jackson County through 8:00 a.m. Friday.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service said temperatures between 30 and 34 degrees will result in frost formation.

The Advisory area includes the cities of Roseburg, Sutherlin, Elkton, Drain, Scottsburg, Camas Valley, and Azalea in Douglas County along with several communities in Jackson County.

Forecasters said frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left uncovered.
