Winston Police jailed a man following an alleged disturbance on Wednesday.

A WPD report said at approximately 3:20 p.m. officers took 32-year old Bradly Weeks into custody following the incident involving the man and a victim in the 100 block of Suksdorf Street.

The report said the victim sustained a laceration to his hand and chest along with several scratches to his face. The victim and witnesses said that Weeks was armed with a knife. The victim was treated and received stiches at an Urgent Care clinic.

Weeks was charged with second-degree assault, menacing and harassment. He was detained on $50,000 bail.
