Roseburg Police cited a woman for offensive littering on Monday.

An RPD report said at 11:15 a.m. officers contacted the 46-year old for a second time that morning, due to her litter in the 700 block of Southeast Stephens Street. After officers left the first time, she allegedly threw trash and food out into the roadway and sidewalk.

The suspect claimed that she threw the items because she had dead people yelling at her. She was released after being cited. The woman was also given some trash bags and instructed to clean up her mess.
