Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged menacing incident Friday morning.
An RPD report said at 7:00 a.m. 48-year old Michael Farley allegedly refused to leave the Roseburg Rescue Mission in the 700 block of Southeast Pine Street and threatened to stab a staff member with a knife. Multiple people witnessed the incident. Farley was allegedly found to have a concealed fixed blade-knife with metal knuckles attached to the handle.
He was charged with menacing, second-degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, and for carrying a concealed weapon. Farley was detained on $12,500 bail.
