Roseburg Parks and Recreation is holding an Arbor Day event on Saturday.

It will be under the large pavilion in Stewart Park from 11:00 a.m.to 2:00 p.m.  The City of Roseburg is partnering with several organizations that will have booths featuring kids’ activities, giveaways like saplings and demonstrations featuring trees.

Groups participating include:

*Wildlife Safari

*Umpqua Watersheds

*Umpqua Valley Audubon Society

*Lone Rock Timber

*Bureau of Land Management
