Roseburg Police cited three people for offensive littering on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just after 2:00 p.m. the group was contacted at a city owned lot in 700 block of Southeast Stephens Street. All three have camps set up which are allegedly very messy and contain multiple truckloads worth of trash. This includes broken beer bottles and other items which are scattered about.

They were released after the citations were issued.
