Roseburg Police cited a man Saturday due to what was called “an obnoxious amount of trash” in the 500 block of Stewart Park Drive.

An RPD report said at about 4:45 p.m. the 43-year old was contacted at his camp. He was located about thirty feet from the riverbank and the camp was surrounded by unused garbage bags, empty food containers, a sharps container used to dispose of needles, and other trash. The man was told to clean up the camp and was then released.
