A Roseburg man was jailed by Roseburg Police following an arrest in the downtown area Thursday night.

An RPD report said at 9:30 p.m. the 40-year old was contacted near the corner of Southeast Jackson Street and Southeast Cass Avenue. He was excluded from that area due to a city ordinance violation. Bail was set at $1,250.
