Roseburg Police jailed a man for second-degree criminal trespass early Monday.

An RPD report said at about 1:40 a.m. an officer located the 29-year old in the lower level of the downtown parking garage in the 500 block of Southeast Rose Street. He was in violation of the downtown exclusion notice so was taken into custody. Bail was set at $1,250.
