A Roseburg woman was cited by Roseburg Police for prohibited burning on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just after 6:15 p.m. the 41-year old was contacted about a smoldering fire on Templin Beach. Firefighters had already told her to put it out twice, earlier in the day.

The woman was released after being cited.
