Volunteers including kitchen helpers are sought as the Roseburg Warming Center has resumed operations, now located at 406 Northeast Winchester Avenue.
A City of Roseburg release said volunteers are needed for all shifts through Thursday morning March 9th. *Overnights from 11:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.
