Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged disturbance on Friday.

An RPD report said just before 3:00 p.m. officers responded to the 2700 block of Northeast Stephens Street. While on the way, they learned that the 27-year old had left the area. The suspect was eventually stopped and detained. The report said the victim had been in their residence when the man entered and had attacked them, causing minor injuries.

The 41-year old was charged with 1st-degree burglary and 4th degree assault. He was detained without bail.
