Adapt Integrated Health Care, as the Community Mental Health Program for Douglas and Curry counties is conducting a Behavioral Health Needs Survey online.

An Adapt release said the survey will help to better understand local mental health and substance use needs, service gaps, barriers to care, and community priorities. The feedback will help inform future behavioral health planning and service development efforts across both counties.

Broad participation will help ensure planning reflects the diverse needs and experiences of the communities Adapt serves.

The survey takes approximately 8 to 10 minutes to complete and it closes on Monday, November 30th and can be completed at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CBHNA26
