Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Wednesday evening.

An RPD report said at 6:50 p.m. officers contacted the 47-year-old under the Washington Avenue Bridge, near the 400 block of Southeast Spruce Street where he was camping in a prohibited area. The man had three previous prohibited camping violations. He was released after being given the citation.
