Roseburg Poice cited a man for a criminal count of prohibited camping early Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 6:00 a.m. the 52-year-old had a camp set up west of Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street in an area where camping is prohibited at all times. The man had two prior convictions with his last conviction in November of 2025. He was released after the citation was issued.
