Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant late Monday night.

An RPD report said just after 11:30 p.m. officers stopped a vehicle for a violation near the intersection of Southeast Mosher Avenue and Southeast Flint Street. An officer recognized the 40-year-old passenger who was found to have a valid warrant for his arrest. He was detained without incident. The warrant was confirmed and the man was taken into custody. Bail was set at $6,250. The man was released on Tuesday.
