In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Umpqua Valley Arts has fall term of its After School Art Club starting next month.

Information from UVA said classes will be on Wednesday’s from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. from October 7th through December 16th.  They are designed for kids from ages 5 to 12 to help young artist express their creativity, explore different art materials, and have fun socializing.

The cost is $200 for ten sessions or $25 for single day passes. Scholarships are available. Registration is now open and seats are expected to fill up fast.
