Oregon Secretary of State Tobias Read will speak from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, September 10th at the Roseburg Public Library.

The event, sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Umpqua Valley, will be held in the library’s Ford Room. Those attending may submit questions in advance or during the presentation. Questions should be written on 3×5 cards, with one question per card.

Seating is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
