One driver was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said just before 9:20 a.m. officers responded to the accident at the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. An investigation revealed that a 38-year-old woman from Sutherlin had turned left on a blinking light from Northeast Stephens toward Northeast Diamond Lake. A second driver was headed northbound on Northeast Stephens on a green light. The first vehicle sustained damage to the front passenger side while the second vehicle sustained damage to the front driver side.

The first driver was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for a neck injury and was issued a citation for making a dangerous left turn. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
