Roseburg Police jailed a man for a parole violation on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 11:45 a.m. officers contacted the 29-year-old after a trespass incident was called in, in the 400 block of West Corey Court. Officers learned the man had not checked with his parole officer as directed. He was taken into custody without incident. The man was detained without bail.
