Con-Vey President Jeremy Goebel has been named to Woodworking Network’s Wood Industry 40 Under 40 Class of 2026, recognizing his leadership, innovation, and contributions to the North American wood products manufacturing industry.

A release from Con-Vey said, Woodworking Network’s 40 Under 40, now in its 11th year, recognizes professionals who are making a meaningful impact in their organizations, communities, and the broader wood products industry through innovation, leadership, product development, productivity, and other contributions.
Goebel, age 38, joined Con-Vey in 2013 as a Sales Representative and has since advanced through roles as Sales Manager and Vice President before becoming President in 2025.
Con-Vey CEO Dave Larecy said, “Jeremy’s career at Con-Vey is a great example of what happens when you combine drive, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to solving problems for our customers.” Larecy said, “He has earned the respect of our team and our customers by consistently stepping up, taking on challenges, and turning ideas into solutions. This recognition is a well-deserved reflection of the impact he’s already made and the leader he continues to become.”
The release said one of Goebel’s most notable recent accomplishments has been his leadership in the development of Con-Vey’s edge-damming system. Goebel spearheaded the patent process for the innovative system, which has since gained significant attention in the industry, received innovation awards, and earned strong feedback from its customers.

The Wood Industry 40 Under 40 Class of 2026 was honored at Woodworking Network’s Leadership Reception on Tuesday, August 25th, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
