A Glendale man was jailed for violation of a restraining order on Sunday evening.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said shortly after 7:00 p.m. a deputy responded to the 100 block of Gilbert Avenue in Glendale. The 50-year-old, who is restrained from being at that residence, was allegedly seen by witnesses sitting in the driveway on a motorcycle. A deputy was able to get video footage of the incident. The suspect was located at a business in Glendale and was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $5,000.
