SUTHERLIN POLICE JAIL WOMEN FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT/LITTERING

Sutherlin Police jailed a woman for a disorderly conduct and littering incident on Wednesday evening.

An SPD report said at approximately 7:00 p.m. officers responded to the 200 block of North State Street after callers said a female was screaming and cursing, throwing clothes and trash into the roadway, and throwing rocks at other tenants in the area. Officers contacted the 57-year-old who was allegedly extremely intoxicated. The suspect admitted to the allegations and was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and offensive littering. Bail was set at $5,000.

No one was injured as a result of the rock throwing.
