Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 10:45 p.m. officers responded to CHI Mercy Medical Center on Northwest Stewart Parkway after a caller said the 60-year-old had punched a victim in the face. Witnesses corroborated the incident and the suspect was found to have a warrant out of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office. The warrant was confirmed and the man was taken into custody.

He was charged with harassment and the warrant. Bail was set at $6,250.
