Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a probation violation on Monday evening.

An RPD report said at 7:50 p.m. officers contacted the 45-year-old in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street, knowing she was absconding. A detainer was authorized. The woman was taken into custody without incident and transported to corrections. She was detained without bail.
