A driver was taken to the hospital following a crash early Saturday morning.

An Oregon State Police report said just after 1:30 a.m. troopers responded to the wreck on Interstate Five northbound near milepost 91, approximately a mile north of the Canyon Creek summit. A vehicle was found on its top at the location and was recovered by a towing company.

The driver was contacted at CHI Mercy Medical Center and found to be under the influence of marijuana. He was charged with DUII-intoxicants, and reckless driving. He was cited and released from the hospital.
