Roseburg Police jailed a man on sex crime charges on Thursday evening.

An RPD report said a juvenile female disclosed that 39-yaer-old Lucas Osburn had been sexually abusing her. Through an investigation, detectives developed probable cause to arrest Osburn. A warrant was granted and at 7:00 p.m. Osburn was arrested at a residence in a trailer park in the 2000 block of Northeast Stephens Street.

He was charged with first-degree counts of rape, unlawful sexual penetration and sexual abuse. Osburn was detained without bail.
