Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping early Friday morning.

An RPD report said at 4:45 a.m. officers contacted the 55-year-old camping near the Gaddis Park bike jumps in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Avenue. The man had been cited three times previous, and his camp was not within the time, place, and manner guidelines.

He was cited for a criminal count of the charge and then was released.
