ROSEBURB POLICE JAIL MAN FOR ALLEGED DOWNTOWN DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged downtown disorderly conduct early Wednesday morning.

A RPD report said at 1:10 a.m. officers contacted the 34-year-old in the middle of the road at the intersection of Southeast Pine Street and Southeast Washington Avenue. The suspect was reportedly placing large barrel type traffic cones in the roadway. Several vehicles had to swerve and maneuver to avoid the cones while driving by.

The man was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500.
