Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 11:30 a.m. the 51-year-old was contacted in the 400 block of Northeast Winchester Street because he was camping at a vacant business building. Officers determined that he had a failure to appear warrant for unlawful possession of methamphetamine from the Oregon State Police. The man was taken into custody. Bail was set at $5,000.
