Roseburg Police added a charge to a man who was already in jail on Wednesday.

An RPD report said the 37-year-old was identified as the suspect in a previous criminal mischief case where he broke out the window of a business in the 100 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard. He was charged with first-degree criminal mischief. The man remained detained without bail.
