Roseburg Police cited a man for a Thursday trespass incident.
An RPD report said at 2:30 p.m. the 53-year-old refused to leave his hotel room in the 1500 block of Northwest Mulholland Drive after allegedly smoking cigarettes and making a mess. The man reportedly threatened employees and put his cigarettes out on the furniture. He was allegedly so intoxicated that he was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center to be evaluated. While at Mercy, the man called 911 while in front of officers. He was cited for second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and misuse of 911. The man was released at Mercy because his blood alcohol level was 0.35 percent.
