Roseburg Police jailed a man for a reported criminal trespass incident on Wednesday.
An RPD report said at 7:20 p.m. officers contacted the 66-year-old after a caller said the man was urinating in public in front of a business in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The man was found lying in a puddle of urine next to multiple empty alcohol containers.
Property management requested that the man be advised of trespass. When the man was told that he needed to leave the property, he reportedly refused and was detained without incident. During transport to corrections, the man allegedly urinated in the back of the patrol vehicle. He was charged with second-degree and third-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $2,500.
